Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Center Operations Specialist to contribute to the seamless operation of our technical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about maintaining reliable systems, optimizing performance, and working in a dynamic environment.

About This Role

This is a full-time position located in Dubai, UAE. We offer a wide range of solutions tailored to the unique needs of industries that rely on uninterrupted operations, such as data centers, healthcare facilities, telecommunications networks, financial institutions, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Documentation and Scheduling: Document activities and procedures, prepare project management/construction management schedules.
  2. Data Center Management: Assume responsibility for Data Center Manager duties in their absence, monitor all project management/construction management activities related to the data center and facility.
  3. Team Management: Manage shift engineers, maintain spare parts inventory.
  4. Reporting: Draft and submit reports, including root cause analysis, technical reports, energy efficiency reports, etc.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. 2 years of experience in operations.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  3. Fluency in English.
  4. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
