The NOC Engineer will be responsible for coordinating with authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals for our wet infrastructure projects in Dubai.
Main Responsibilities- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
- Processing company registrations and following up on qualification procedures.
- Attending kick-off and coordination meetings to provide support during construction NOC for site issues.
- Reviewing and preparing NOC applications, ensuring all authority requirements are met.
- Managing the progress of drawings with the technical department.
- Collecting information, designing NOC, and as-built drawings, GIS updates.
- Coordinating and following up with UAE municipalities, DM, RTA, and external stakeholders for design NOC application.
- Consulting with clients and engineering teams, conducting research for project requirements.
- Analyzing survey and field data, preparing reports.
- Preparing contract documents and evaluating tenders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
- 1-2 years of experience in large-scale wet infrastructure projects.
- UAE Nationality required.
- Working knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD & MicroStation, etc.
