Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager - Electrical to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing small EPC projects and developing the EPC business. This role also involves managing and coaching the electrical team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Secure small EPC projects that align with the interests of our current principals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve electrical portfolio goals and develop the EPC business.
  • Manage and coach the electrical team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, clients, and end users.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to management.
  • Manage service contracts and ensure timely and within-budget project execution.
  • Ensure high ethical standards and health and safety compliance.

Requirements:

  • Senior electrical engineer with at least 15 years of techno-commercial experience in the UAE Oil and Gas market.
  • Experience working with UAE/Abu Dhabi Oil and Gas clients and EPC companies.
  • Team management experience.
  • Exposure to MV/HV switchgear or Industrial UPS is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Good technical knowledge of oil-field and power distribution projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good safety behavior and medically fit for site visits.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing track.
  • Good negotiation skills.
