Are you a motivated and experienced Flight Instructor looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) and subject matter expert. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our client partners to deliver expert instruction and provide a unique learning experience for our clients.
About the Role
- Deliver synthetic flight instruction to clients, utilizing your expertise to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Maintain accurate and timely trainee records, ensuring compliance with CAE policy and requirements
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement training programs that meet the evolving needs of our clients
Requirements and Qualifications
- EASA license required, with 1500 hours or more total multi-pilot time
- Previous instructional experience ideal, but not required - CFI, SFI or SFE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to read, speak, and converse in English at a high level
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
