Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse is accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. The Staff Nurse supports professional nursing practice across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Develop and implement patient education plans to promote health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Adhere to and promote the Professional Nurses Code of Conduct for Abu Dhabi and UAE.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing practice, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
