Key Responsibilities:

As an Agricultural Engineer at MHB Dubai, you will be responsible for researching and implementing cost-effective manufacturing processes that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations.
  • Utilize formulation software to create and update product formulations.
  • Work closely with the product development team to launch new products from conceptualization to market.
  • Coordinate the arrangement and shipping of sales samples.
  • Update product information sheets and labels for sales preparation.
  • Record, analyze, and summarize research data to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate independent laboratory testing to ensure product quality.
  • Maintain and update the MRP system to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other safety regulations.
