We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Consultant Leader to join our team. As a member of our Innovation and Business Development team, you will work closely with the Systems Integration team in the Technology Integration unit of the Alliance Bioversity and CIAT.

The successful candidate will have experience in software development and advanced knowledge of Power BI, including reports, dashboards, dataflows, and datasets, minimum three (3) to four (4) years.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in information technology or related fields with at least 3-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence. They should also have advanced knowledge of SQL, MySQL, and SQL Server databases, as well as a strong understanding of English (oral and written).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective data insights strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven decision-making into daily operations.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related fields with at least 3-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence.
  • Advanced knowledge of the fundamentals and concepts behind Business Intelligence.
  • Experience and advanced knowledge of Power BI, including reports, dashboards, dataflows, and datasets, minimum three (3) to four (4) years.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, MySQL, and SQL Server databases.
  • Advanced level of English (oral and written).
