This role involves ensuring that our automation products function optimally in the field, which includes maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

  • Installation and commissioning of automation systems in substations are critical tasks that require attention to detail and a systematic approach.
  • Providing technical support to customers, either by phone, online, or on-site, is essential for delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaboration with internal specialist departments to identify root causes of faults enables us to develop targeted solutions.
  • Conducting training sessions on our products at customer premises or remotely enhances customer understanding and adoption.
  • Integration of our products into customer systems, such as SCADA, for transformer operators, including troubleshooting, is a core responsibility.
  • Development of Modbus systems on the transformer to integrate various sensors into our ETOS is an exciting technological challenge.
  • This role also involves creating service reports and customer documentation to maintain a record of activities.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through service delivery and gathering feedback to report to headquarters is crucial for portfolio management.
Requirements
  • An engineering degree in automation/electrical engineering or equivalent experience as an electrician, mechatronics engineer, or electromechanics.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for digitalization in an industrial environment, particularly in substations and power transformers.
  • A strong technical understanding and manual skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • This position requires a meticulous and independent working style, with reliability and customer orientation being essential traits.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in commissioning complex electrical systems and knowledge of SCADA systems in substations.
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory for effective communication with international clients.
