Job Description

Elevon Core is seeking a highly experienced Legal Counsel and Contracts Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key role in shaping the company's legal strategy and managing contracts.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Corporate Legal Administration: Oversee corporate legal administration, compliance control, and third-party contract support across all Elevon Core worldwide locations.
  • Provide Expert Legal Counsel: Offer expert legal counsel when needed by management, providing strategic advice on complex commercial and legal matters.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Manage existing contracts, negotiate new agreements, and act as a key negotiator for strategic transactions.
  • Analyze Risks: Identify and analyze potential legal risks associated with business transactions, developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Hold a degree in Law or a related field.
  • Certifications: Possess LPC qualification and a paralegal certificate (beneficial).
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Contract Management within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Skills: Negotiation and legal/contracts experience, including post-contract issue management.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic.
