About the Opportunity

This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join Tiger Recruitment's team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans, models, and forecasts to drive company performance.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead Financial Strategy: Direct the development and implementation of strategic financial plans, models, and forecasts to inform business strategy.
  2. Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Oversee the work of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and business objectives.
  3. Provide Financial Insights: Provide high-quality financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and drive company performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and tools, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.
