Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient financial reporting systems to ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive digitalization initiatives, enhancing accounting processes and reducing reporting inaccuracies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing expert financial guidance and supporting strategic business decisions.
  • Participate in the financial closing process, ensuring accurate financial statement preparation and contributing to external audit readiness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; certification in ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is beneficial.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or treasury roles.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting and tax principles, including IFRS and financial statement preparation.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP; expertise in Power BI is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluent English language skills required and German language skills a plus.
  • Previous experience in an international or automotive environment is highly valued.
