Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information, provide guidance, and ensure that project schedules are aligned with project objectives.
  • Optimize Project Schedules: Analyze project schedules to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize project timelines, resource allocation, and cost management.
  • Manage Project Reporting: Develop and maintain project reporting templates and ensure that project schedules are accurately reflected in project reports.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that project schedules comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide Expertise: Share knowledge and expertise with project teams to improve project scheduling practices and ensure that project schedules are aligned with company goals.
Requirements:
  • Project Scheduling Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling, with a strong understanding of project controls principles and practices.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry, including project management principles, engineering practices, and construction methods.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in industry-standard project scheduling tools, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
