Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for executing exchange IT operations, monitoring the performance of our EOS Trading Platform, and providing technical support to our members, ISVs, and QVs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new members, ISVs, and QVs on FIX 5.0 and EMAPI Protocol
  • Provide timely support to members and ISVs
  • Conduct internal and external mock trading sessions
  • Support the DGCX Help Desk, Surveillance, and Clearing departments
  • Develop action plans, schedules, and reports
  • Interact with vendors for troubleshooting and updates
  • Maintain necessary documentation
  • Perform BOD and EOD processes
  • Monitor production and UAT systems
  • Plan and execute EOS system upgrades
  • Automate manual processes
  • Plan and maintain UAT, internal, and external test environments
  • Support fee system and application maintenance
  • Ensure database, log file, and server space maintenance
  • Administer databases and Linux OS
Requirements:
  • Graduate in Computer Science or Electronics
  • At least 4 years of experience in exchange technology
  • Knowledge of exchange architecture, programming languages, and databases
  • Sound knowledge of FIX Protocol
  • Awareness of global financial markets
  • Java applications and Redhat Linux Administration
