Job Summary

Thomas Ren Associates Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Custody Manager within the Accounting & Financial Services Department.

The successful candidate will oversee daily custody and payment settlements operations, with direct responsibility for team oversight, staffing resources, and unit performance.

This position involves onboarding new public market custody accounts, producing and reviewing daily/periodic/ad hoc reports, and maintaining recordkeeping responsibilities for all primary and contingency custody accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee global custody public/private investment operational services
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of custody operations, securities services, investment management, and related business operational risk
  • Coordinate with private asset investment teams and legal for new investment onboarding

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in global custody public/private investment operational services and proven management experience
  • Recognized as a technical expert in custody operations and investment back-office management
