- Collaborate with Audit Teams: Collaborate with audit teams during internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations, including those related to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA).
- Contribute to Mystery Shopping Initiatives: Contribute to internal mystery shopping initiatives to assess the quality of customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise Daily Store Operations: Supervise the daily operations of the store, including managing the workflow of the team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Dealership Managers (DMs), creating team schedules, and delegating tasks.
- Manage Staff Performance: Manage staff performance, monitoring ongoing work, and identifying areas for improvement, with a focus on meeting quality KPIs and business goals.
- Train Employees: Train employees to work efficiently, ensuring smooth and continuous operations, and providing ongoing support and development opportunities.
- Ensure Business Goals Achievement: Ensure that business goals, achievements, deadlines, and performance standards are met, and that employees are following safe work practices and company standards.
- Set Targets and Assess Performance: Set targets for the team, assess work performance, and identify areas for improvement, with a focus on continuous learning and development.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Telecom/Retail sales.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate degree.
- Age: Below 35 years.
- Language: Fluency in English (en-US).
