Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing a portfolio of accounts within the B2B and corporate sectors on a daily basis.
  • Acting as the primary contact for high-profile clients.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all ongoing activities within each account.
  • Providing insights and information about products or company developments to a broad range of media outlets.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Building connections with key media contacts that extend beyond traditional platforms to include podcasts and broadcast media.
  • Coordinating with clients on press campaigns, creative projects, and PR solutions, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Engaging with media professionals, including journalists and other press members.
  • Offering innovative and creative strategies to clients that yield measurable results.
  • Updating clients on campaign progress and providing comprehensive briefings.
  • Analyzing PR coverage and delivering clear, written reports that demonstrate the campaign's impact.
  • Effectively communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Supporting new business initiatives through research, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Managing a high volume of client interactions.


Required Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Exceptional media relations skills and a hands-on approach to outreach.
  • A proven history of managing clients at the executive level and guiding junior team members to achieve results.
  • Outstanding written communication skills, especially under pressure, with experience in creating various media materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently from inception to completion with successful outcomes.
  • Understanding of the interplay between PR and digital/social media campaigns.
  • Attention to detail and the capacity to work swiftly and accurately.
  • A proactive mindset, with a willingness to suggest campaign ideas and mentor junior staff on exceeding KPIs.
  • A desire to learn and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
