About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Performance Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our MENATR 3P team, you will be responsible for driving compliance and performance initiatives across three verticals: Seller Registration, Seller Compliance, and Account Health Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Strategy and Implementation: Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure successful product launches, detect and respond to regulatory developments, and maintain productive relationships with external assessors.
  • Compliance Program Management: Manage the day-to-day functions of the compliance program, including regulatory reporting, business-owned controls, and policy library maintenance.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and metrics to determine and drive improvements in account health performance, and prepare reports for senior management and business leaders.
  • Culture of Compliance: Promote a culture of compliance by engaging with business teams, educating on compliance concerns, and influencing product design.
  • Seller Education and Support: Drive seller education initiatives to enhance account health performance and provide support to sellers.
Requirements
  • Program or Project Management Experience: 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on compliance and performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Strategic Communication: Ability to communicate results to senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives.
