Golf Operations Associate

At DAMAC Properties, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Golf Operations Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service standards for all golf operation touch points: bag drop, staging, cart barn, driving range, starter, and marshal.
The ideal candidate will have excellent people and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service. A background in customer service or training experience in the golf industry is desirable.
This position involves maintaining accurate records of golfers renting clubs, servicing customers who rent golf clubs, and cleaning rental clubs upon return. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing golf carts for play, assisting with food and beverage activities, and directing start of play when necessary.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Golf Operations Associate will be required to maintain accurate pace of play log sheets, perform range maintenance tasks, and assist with setting up and executing golf tournaments and outings.
