Job RequirementsMain Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Waiter to ensure seamless operational execution during designated hours, prioritizing flawless food and beverage service and meticulous point-of-sale accuracy.
  • Promote sales growth through attentive, personalized service, fostering strong relationships with members and guests.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, streamlining order-taking, inventory management, and special request fulfillment.
  • Effectively manage minor complaints, upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
  • Maintain a pristine working environment, ensuring all necessary tools and resources are readily accessible.

Necessary Qualifications
  1. Minimum two years' experience in a comparable role within luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant settings.
  2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  3. Familiarity with Food and Beverage applications.
  4. Superior organizational and time management skills, coupled with adaptability.
  5. Exceptional team leadership, communication, and active listening abilities.
  6. Unwavering commitment to integrity and confidentiality in all interactions.
  7. Capacity to work extended shifts and maintain stamina over prolonged periods.
