About the RoleThe Pastry Chef will be responsible for leading the production of creative pastries and desserts that exceed our guests' expectations. You'll oversee the planning, organization, direction, and participation in the centralized production of specialty bakery and pastry menu items. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you'll also lead training sessions for your team.
Requirements- A degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or business.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing large-scale bakery operations, including cake decorating and pastry production.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Experience working with diverse teams is highly valued.
- You must be creative, innovative, and self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
