We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant Office Manager. This full-time on-site role is responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, handling office equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring efficient office administration. The role also involves assisting executives with various tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration
- Experience handling Finance/ HR matters
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or equivalent is preferred but not required. Experience in a similar role is a plus.
