  4. Work collaboratively with the team: Assist with the operations of the spa, including reception, retail, and pantry areas, and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Attend training and meetings: Participate in regular training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date with new treatments, products, and services, and to discuss any issues or concerns with the team.
  6. Report any issues or concerns: Report any equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or other issues that may impact the delivery of spa services to the Spa Concierge or Spa Treatments Manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and products: Knowledge of various spa treatments and products, including massage techniques, facial treatments, and body treatments.
