Job Title: Acupuncture Therapist - Holistic Health Specialist

Job Summary: As a key member of the Talent Shark team, the Acupuncture Therapist - Holistic Health Specialist will play a vital role in delivering exceptional acupuncture services to our clients. This role requires a skilled and compassionate professional who can assess patients' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide effective acupuncture therapy to promote overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and medical histories to identify areas for improvement.
2. Develop and implement individualized acupuncture treatment plans based on patient needs and goals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
3. Administer acupuncture treatments in a safe and effective manner, adhering to the highest standards of practice.
4. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
5. Educate patients on acupuncture wellness practices and lifestyle modifications to support their health and wellbeing.
6. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Stay current with the latest advancements in acupuncture and holistic health practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care.
8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care, promoting a seamless and effective treatment experience.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Acupuncture or Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or equivalent qualification.
2. Valid acupuncture certification and license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Proven experience as an Acupuncture Therapist with a strong understanding of acupuncture techniques and modalities.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
7. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
