Job Summary

Cosmos Star Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and contribute to the smooth functioning of our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to handling inquiries, maintaining office supplies inventory, and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Documentation and Records Management
    • Organize and maintain physical and digital files and databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
    • Assist in the preparation, editing, and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Client Support
    • Assist in managing client inquiries and scheduling appointments for property viewings or meetings.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordination and Support
    • Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
    • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events as required.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks
    • Support the team with miscellaneous administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry (preferable but not mandatory).
  • Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Arabic, is a plus).
