About the Role

NMC Royal Khalifa City is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare delivery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our patients' treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Education and Support: Educate patients and their families about various health conditions, providing emotional support and guidance throughout their care journey.
  • Medication Management and Safety: Monitor patients' medication use, identifying potential side effects and implementing measures to prevent medication errors.
  • Vital Sign Monitoring and Alert Response: Accurately record and monitor patients' vital signs, responding promptly to any abnormalities or changes in condition.
  • Quality Improvement and Patient Safety: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current license to practice nursing in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and DOH certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing after qualification, with a strong focus on clinical care and patient advocacy.
  • BLS provider certification.
