Job Summary: As an Acupuncture Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality acupuncture treatments to our patients. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing effective acupuncture therapy to promote health and well-being. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and medical histories.
  • Develop and implement individualized acupuncture treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Administer acupuncture treatments in a safe and effective manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients on acupuncture wellness practices and lifestyle modifications to support their health.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in acupuncture and holistic health practices.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Acupuncture or Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid acupuncture certification and license to practice in Dubai.
  • Proven experience as an Acupuncture Specialist with a strong understanding of acupuncture techniques and modalities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications or training in complementary therapies (e.g., cupping, herbal medicine) is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
