Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a Station Team: Directly oversee the efficient operation of your assigned station, ensuring seamless execution of order-taking, culinary service delivery, and precise point-of-sale transactions during allocated shifts.
  2. Promote Sales Growth: Foster long-lasting relationships with members and guests, driving sales expansion through expert interaction, targeted marketing strategies, and active feedback solicitation.
  3. Integrate with the Kitchen: Collaborate with the culinary team to optimize order processing, manage inventory efficiently, and handle special requests with precision and care.
  4. Cultivate Upselling Opportunities: Proactively identify and seize chances to promote premium beverages, such as cocktails, wine, sake, and other fine drinks, in synergy with Bar and Sommelier teams.
  5. Address Guest Concerns: Respond promptly and effectively to minor complaints, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.
  6. Maintain Inventory Control: Vigilantly monitor and manage critical items and equipment required for smooth service delivery, striving to minimize waste and ensure peak functionality.
  7. Sustain a Spotless Environment: Guarantee the Lounge area remains immaculate and well-maintained throughout operational hours, reinforcing the club's reputation for excellence.
  8. Prepare for Openings: Conduct rigorous checks to guarantee timely completion of all pre-opening tasks, adhering to strict quality and consistency standards.
Requirements for Success

The ideal candidate should have:

  1. At least two years of experience in a comparable position within high-end hospitality environments.
  2. Fluent English language proficiency, incorporating both written and spoken elements.
  3. Practical knowledge of mixology principles and practices.
  4. Familiarity with F&B software systems.
  5. Excellent organizational and adaptability skills, supported by robust time management capabilities.
  6. Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  7. Demonstrated integrity in professional pursuits and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  8. Ability to work extended shifts and stand for prolonged periods without compromising performance or productivity.
