Job Description:

As a dynamic and strategic Financial Controller, you will oversee financial operations within our Government & Defense business segment and provide a broader overview of overall business segments. This role requires a results-driven professional with expertise in financial modeling, audit, and reporting, as well as the ability to drive financial performance in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and implement advanced financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management reports for the Government & Defense business and other segments, including forecast and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure accuracy and completeness of Balance Sheet & P&L during month-end and year-end closing for assigned locations and entities.
  2. Provide financial analysis to support business decision-making, such as cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and profitability assessments.
  3. Develop and enforce internal controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  4. Build strong working relationships with business partners.

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, and at least 4 years of progressive experience in finance, including 3 years in a financial controller role or audit role.

Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, financial regulations, and risk management principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
