As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi access points, office software, and operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure Wi-Fi access points and IT-related hardware to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
  • Install and troubleshoot office software and third-party software to resolve technical issues and improve productivity.
  • Install and troubleshoot operating systems to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
  • Install and configure CCTV cameras and DVR systems to ensure secure and efficient surveillance.
  • Troubleshoot internet issues at user endpoints, coordinate with ISP vendors, and take follow-up actions to ensure rapid recovery of internet services.
  • Resolve technical issues with desktops and laptops, coordinate with vendors for part-related issues, and maintain department-wise IT assets and CUG connections.
  • Troubleshoot landline phone-related issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Perform daily checks on the video conferencing system and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
