Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our EmRAS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Participate in EmRAS design workshops to ensure all requirements are gathered and included in the design.
  • Process Ownership: Act as the central point of contact between Finance and the business for design queries linked to processes and policies to ensure the value to the organization is maximized from the new system.
  • Process Mapping: Develop 'as-is' and 'to-be' process maps, processes, and policies and ensure these are fully communicated to both Finance and the business while incorporating best practices.
  • Document Management: Coordinate the collection and signoff of all process maps, policies, and procedure documents for the project.
  • Financial Control: Ensure that an appropriate financial control environment exists in the new system.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the EmRAS software supplier and implementation partner to ensure the project documentation remains on track and provide weekly status updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Change Management: Develop the change management action plan for relevant departments and ensure all stakeholders across the Emirates operations are taken along the EmRAS journey through executing change management activities that drive engagement in the new system.
