Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IC Engineer to join our team at Wood. As a key member of our Discipline Engineering Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integration of overall Discipline System Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. System Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of Discipline System Engineering with other engineering disciplines.
  2. Team Coordination: Coordinate with the IPMT Discipline Engineering Team to ensure quality and accuracy of Engineering Consultant's & EPC Contractor's Discipline design activities.
  3. Design Review and Approval: Review and approve EPC Contractor's work to ensure compliance with project specifications, relevant codes and standards, and best industry practices.
  4. Engineering Participation: Coordinate the required engineering participation in the development and analysis of various design options and business models.
  5. Design Optimization: Contribute input and expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models to design optimization and validation.
  6. Equipment Sizing and Selection: Participate in teams for equipment sizing / equipment selection considering optimization and standardization.
  7. Facilities Design: Ensure that the facilities are designed in accordance with the latest corporate guidelines with respect to environment and health aspects.
  8. Technical Reviews: Participate in layout reviews, Model review, design reviews, and technical workshops.
  9. Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline engineers.
  10. Technical Reviews and Bid Evaluation: Coordinate technical reviews and bid evaluation, and performance evaluation.
  11. Installation and Commissioning: Provide technical assistance during installation, pre-commissioning & commissioning.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.

Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent technical team and interpersonal skills, experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards, knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software, ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems.
