Job Summary

Adecco Careers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as providing support for the implementation of new managing reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, budget, and forecast for the company, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Provide support for the implementation of new managing reporting systems, including Hyperion upgrading project.
  • Analyze financial and technical KPIs, identifying variances and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the control of key investment projects and stay up-to-date on business capital expenditures.
  • Monitor and report on Global Power & Water Map of Strategic Goals and Dashboard.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or management engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in finance or top consulting/audit firms.
  • Professional experience in energy industry or similar, with focus on energy production.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with ability to build trust and effective personal relations.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic multicultural corporate environment, with comfort in a flexible environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration with specialization in finance.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and experience in international companies with subsidiaries in different countries/geographies.
  • Strong excel and Power Point knowledge, with scrupulous attention to details.
