Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team at The First Group Dubai, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment. This includes disassembling and reassembling equipment for repair or transportation, building foundations for machines, and constructing and installing equipment such as shafting, conveyors, and tram rails.

Technical Expertise:
  • Review and interpret engineering specifications, schematics, and blueprints to determine work procedures.
  • Grind and file machinery parts.
  • Work with a range of hand tools including measuring tools, welding and brazing equipment.
  • Determine which machines, techniques, and tools to use when moving equipment and completing jobs.
Site Management:
  • Transfer equipment to the applicable site for maintenance to avoid contamination or safety hazards.
  • Supervise construction workers when using the equipment.
  • Visit various construction sites.
