Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will perform critical surveying tasks, collaborate with clients and contractors, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct land and field surveys to collect accurate data.
- Interface with clients and contractors to determine project survey requirements.
- Ensure surveying tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Verify setting-out and levels, service locations, and protection measures.
- Prepare sketches and maintain survey information.
- Measure work done when required and monitor site safety.
- Support the preparation of 'as-built' drawings and contribute to health and safety initiatives.
- Perform other duties related to the position.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with CAD software, survey software, and GPS equipment.
- Understanding of construction sequences and standard work procedures.
- Dubai Municipality Survey Approval necessary.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety protocols.
