Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
Management Reporting:
- Design and implement financial reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize financial data.
- Ensure that financial reports are aligned with organizational objectives.
Systems and Process Optimization:
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within FP&A.
- Develop and maintain Oracle EPM to streamline financial planning and analysis.
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements within FP&A processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with business units to provide financial guidance and support.
- Work closely with other finance teams to ensure alignment on financial goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Professional qualification: ACCA, CA, or CPA (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial modeling.
- Expertise in Oracle EPM and Power BI is essential.
