  3. Work individually or as a team member, depending on the work situation.
  4. Quickly learn new ideas and techniques.
  5. Develop visionary capacity for quick analysis of problems, finding solutions, and decision-making.
  6. Achieve efficiency in all work involved.
  7. Proficient in Civil 3D, MicroStation V8, Inroads, BRT (Bentley Rail Track), AutoCAD, Google Earth, and the latest version of Microsoft Office.
  8. Excellent analytical skills.
  9. Expert user of CAD Software such as Civil 3D, MicroStation V8, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and version control tools such as ProjectWise and Aconex.
