  • Maintain accurate room status and manage payment and credit card transactions.
  • Handle room moves, upgrades, and checkout procedures, preparing bills and collecting payments.
  • Deal with foreign currency exchange and handle special requests from guests.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and local area attractions.
  • Address guest complaints and forward reports to management via email.
  • Redirect calls to relevant extensions or departments.
  • Assist with secretarial duties and take booking requests outside of office hours.
  • Support customer service inquiries and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Verify and approve shift checklists, send daily reports, and file customer bills.
  • Conduct audits on guest bills and collect preferences data.
  • Promote hotel facilities and services.
  • Program key cards and accept additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Manage cash floats and adhere to appearance, hygiene, and sanitation policies.
  • Participate in training sessions and complete associated clerical duties.
