About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Credit Management Specialist to join our team at the Al Futtaim Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and credit control functions for our automotive business units. You will work closely with our finance team to provide expert guidance on financial matters and implement processes to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt.

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and credit control functions for automotive business units
- Evaluate credit requests from business units and provide recommendations based on risk parameters
- Implement regular credit reviews to identify potential risks and implement corrective measures
- Train staff to perform duties efficiently and effectively
- Monitor and support collection activities

Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- Additional accounting qualifications desirable
- Minimum 3 years' experience in credit control and receivables management
- Prior experience in insurance companies an advantage
