Job Summary:

Wood is seeking a highly experienced Piping Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in piping engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement piping engineering procedures and standards
  • Conduct technical reviews and assessments of piping designs and systems
  • Collaborate with construction management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Manage and resolve technical issues and conflicts related to piping engineering
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in piping engineering

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Lead Engineer role
  • Extensive experience in detail design and piping engineering
  • Experience working on large-scale projects and with multi-national teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on Saudi Aramco projects
  • Experience working with multi-cultural project teams
