Job Overview
JCI is seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

In this role, you will:
  • Assist with all types of requests from customers, including order bookings, complaint handling, and solution support.
  • Secure the best supply solutions tailored to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, finance, and other stakeholders within JCI to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Continuously improve our internal processes and enhance the daily experience of our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:
  1. Sales Order Procedure: Process customer purchase orders and create sales orders, work in partnership with sales representatives, act as the primary contact for customers, identifying their needs and nurturing strong relationships, and ensure the best supply solutions are provided to customers.
  2. Purchase Order Requisitions: (for specific business units only)
  3. Shipping: Deliver transport-related instructions and other relevant information.
  4. Claims: Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the claims process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A high school diploma or higher.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong customer orientation with keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
