We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Towers in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of commercial contract administration, including re-measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments, monthly cost reports, variations, contractors' claims, provisional sums, prime costs, nominated sub-contractors, insurances, and bonds management
  • Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and QS software such as Cost X or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
