Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Global HR Director to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the design and execution of a holistic HR transformation roadmap.
About the Role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives on global workforce planning, capability building, and organisation restructuring to ensure alignment with long-term business goals and operational resilience.
- Champion a future-fit culture by reimagining leadership development, performance frameworks, and employee engagement strategies.
- Navigate diverse cultural and regulatory environments while localising global HR initiatives effectively across key markets.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of senior HR leadership experience, ideally in a global bank or financial institution. Proven success in leading large-scale transformation across multi-country operations.
- Strong track record in HR strategy, TOM design, shared services rollout, and people analytics. Exposure to regulatory and labour frameworks across both emerging and developed markets.
- High EQ, culturally fluent, and commercially aware. Able to influence at C-suite level, lead diverse global teams, and navigate change with strategic clarity.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia/Malay strongly preferred.
