We are seeking a Cloud Services Director to lead our cloud transformation projects. This individual will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary delivery team across UAE, Egypt, Jordan, and KSA, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of cloud computing, DevOps, security, and enterprise IT infrastructure. They will also have a strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization (VMware/OpenStack), and network/security architectures.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the successful end-to-end delivery of all cloud transformation and modernization projects, ensuring adherence to scope and timeline.
  • Oversee project governance, risk management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement standardized delivery frameworks, methodologies (Agile, DevOps, ITIL), and KPIs to track project performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and project kickoffs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT services, cloud consulting, or professional services leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and enterprise clients.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for large-scale projects.
