Job Description
At EnerMech Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Pipeline Pre-Commissioning Engineer to lead our proposal efforts for Process & Pipeline and Umbilical Pre-commissioning. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in achieving our booking plan for the AMEC region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, approve, submit, and close out RFPs.
  • Lead tender kick-off calls and prepare technical and commercial proposal documents.
  • Write methodologies and execution plans for deepwater and onshore pipelines pre-commissioning, decommissioning, ILI, and pipeline inspection and repair activities.
  • Carry out cost, time, and resource estimates for deepwater and onshore pipeline pre-commissioning and umbilicals pre-commissioning activities.

Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a techno-commercial role.
  • Knowledge of deepwater and onshore pipelines and umbilicals pre-commissioning is mandatory.
  • Understanding of the oil and gas market.
