About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Estimator to join our team at BeWunder. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining precise calculations and cost estimates for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with project management and technical planning teams to prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates.
  2. Develop and maintain cash flow plans and payment schedules during contract preparation and subsequent project phases.
  3. Identify and manage qualitative and quantitative risks to ensure accurate cost calculations.
  4. Prepare project cost reports for use by project management, construction, administration, and crew management teams.
  5. Conduct continuous quality control to improve performance and efficiency.
  6. Develop bid strategies by identifying opportunities and clients' needs.
  7. Prepare commercial bidding documents for existing and future clients.

Requirements

  1. University degree or completed commercial training with at least 3 years of experience in quotation costing and cost estimation for audiovisual installation projects or construction projects.
  2. Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  3. Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.
  4. Responsibility and clear communication skills.
  5. Experience in setting up cost budgets and forecasting, particularly in major commercial projects.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  7. Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
