Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tenant Liaison Officer - Properties Management to join our team at ALFAHIM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenancy contracts, collecting overdue rental payments, and maintaining accurate debtor reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tenancy Contract Renewals: Collaborate with leasing officers to ensure timely renewal of tenancy contracts and issue renewal notices to tenants within prescribed timelines.
  • Receivables and Collections: Follow up with clients to collect overdue rental payments, identify and communicate with rent defaulters, and update line managers on credit collection progress.
  • Routine Administration: Prepare and maintain accurate debtor reports, ensure timely reporting of collection details to line managers, and provide support with EPICO admin operations.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and manage relationships with existing tenants to limit complaints and ensure retention and repeat business through enhanced customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in property leasing, with at least 2 years in a senior tenant liaison and collection role in the UAE market.
