Job Summary:

Global Pharma Tek is seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our perioperative department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate intraoperative patient care plans in collaboration with the surgical team.
  2. Prepare the operating room for patients and surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  3. Assemble and test equipment, and ensure that all necessary implants and supplies are available.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the operating team to ensure seamless care.
  5. Adhere to standards and appropriate aseptic techniques to maintain a safe and sterile environment.
  6. Requirements:
    1. PALS, BLS & ACLS certification is required.
    2. A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state or district is required.
    3. At least 3 years of experience in an operating room setting is required.
