Job Role

The primary responsibility of a guest service agent is to deliver expert services in a courteous manner. This includes taking reservations, greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking reservations and ensuring accurate processing of guest information
  • Greeting and registering guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures
  • Providing exceptional guest service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements

To be successful as a guest service agent, you should have:

  • A strong focus on customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
