We are seeking an experienced Backend Technical Lead to lead our backend development team, focusing on server-side system architecture and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, team management, and technical strategy development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-performance server-side systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
  • Lead and manage the backend development team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies, selecting the most suitable tech stacks and tools.
  • Conduct performance tuning, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of backend development experience, with 5+ years in team management.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing high-performance systems.
  • Proficiency in multiple backend tech stacks and their applications.
