Al-Futtaim Group, a leading regional business headquartered in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive or retail industry and possess basic accounting and technical knowledge.
The successful applicant will be responsible for reviewing labour and parts items used in service orders, splitting them into cash, credit, warranty, SMC, and intra-sub orders, and raising performance reports. They will also evaluate charging to customers, raise final invoices, and process purchase requisitions and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) for sublet and bought-out items.
The Automotive Service Coordinator will work closely with the Service Supervisor to ensure workshop consumable stock levels are maintained by periodically reviewing and placing orders to prevent disruptions in operations. They will also prepare goods receipt notes and invoice verification documents periodically and submit vendor invoices with a summary statement to finance for timely payment.
The role requires effective written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English, as well as analytic and commercial thinking. The successful candidate will work together to achieve business objectives and meet deadlines, maintaining a detail-oriented and computer-literate approach with proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
